Your project starts with a walkthrough where we measure the rooflines, pick colors together and hand you one flat price covering install, maintenance and takedown. Our crews run routes through Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Wyoming, Forest Hills, Grandville and Rockford from October until the last strand comes down in January.

Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
We do. Our inventory holds warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue through the whole season. Supply never delays a schedule. Most Grand Rapids projects go from signature to installed inside a week.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes, all three phases are ours. We install, we remove after the holidays, and we store the system at our facility. Next year it returns faster because we stored it right.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, comprehensively. Comprehensive coverage backs every crew on every roof. Proof of coverage is a phone call away.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
At a 50,000 light hour rating, bulb failures are rare events. If a bulb fails mid season, next day dispatch handles it. Repairs are covered, period.
Can you install lights we already own?
No. We deploy only our own commercial grade system. Retail lights cannot meet professional standards or survive this climate, so our service promise applies to our system alone. You purchase nothing and store nothing.
Do we need to be home during the install?
You do not. Every step happens outside, so the schedule never depends on yours. With design settled and timers programmed, the lights simply appear at dusk.
