Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes. Warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue are warehoused and ready at all times. Supply never delays a schedule. For Kentwood properties that means installation lands on the calendar almost immediately.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do, as one continuous service. We install, we remove after the holidays, and we store the system at our facility. Nothing is ever left for you to store.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are. Comprehensive coverage backs every crew on every roof. We provide documentation for any residential or commercial project.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours, so failures are genuinely uncommon. If a bulb fails mid season, next day dispatch handles it. There is no cost for the fix.
Can you install lights we already own?
We install our own commercial grade equipment exclusively. Retail lights cannot meet professional standards or survive this climate, so our service promise applies to our system alone. One system, one standard, one point of accountability.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No. Every step happens outside, so the schedule never depends on yours. The plan is signed off beforehand and the display is running when you pull in.
