Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes. Warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue are warehoused and ready at all times. No project waits on freight. Grand Rapids installs typically schedule within days of an approved proposal.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do, as one continuous service. Installation in the fall, complete removal in January, and warehouse storage through the off season. Clients never handle a ladder or a tote.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are. Full liability coverage stands behind every installer we dispatch. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours, so failures are genuinely uncommon. When one does go out during the season, a crew returns the next day to repair it. The repair is always at no charge.
Can you install lights we already own?
We install our own commercial grade equipment exclusively. Consumer strands are not engineered for professional mounting or a West Michigan season, and our guarantee covers only what we supply. The entire display, down to the last clip, is our responsibility.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No. Installation is entirely exterior work, so projects proceed while clients are at the office or away. Designs are approved in advance, timers are set for dusk, and the first evening home confirms the rest.
