Our Work
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
We do. Our inventory holds warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue through the whole season. Materials are never the bottleneck. For Comstock Park properties that means installation lands on the calendar almost immediately.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes, all three phases are ours. Fall installation, January takedown, and inventoried off season storage are included. Nothing is ever left for you to store.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are, comprehensively. Our liability policy covers the full scope of every project. We provide documentation for any residential or commercial project.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
At a 50,000 light hour rating, bulb failures are rare events. Any in season outage gets a next day service visit. There is no cost for the fix.
Can you install lights we already own?
No. We deploy only our own commercial grade system. Store bought strands fall short of professional mounting requirements, and we stand behind our own equipment only. One system, one standard, one point of accountability.
Do we need to be home during the install?
You do not. The work is fully exterior and runs whether anyone is home or not. The plan is signed off beforehand and the display is running when you pull in.
Fifteen Minutes North of the Barry Street Warehouse
Comstock Park sits just up US-131 from our Barry Street warehouse, which makes it one of the easiest stops on our winter routes. Crews pass the ballpark exit almost daily in December, so service visits rarely wait more than a day. Call (616) 816-1714 and we will fold your property into the route.
Give the North End a Show This Winter
Comstock Park watches fireworks over the ballpark all summer. Give it something to look at in winter too. Grand Rapids Event Rentals brings event grade lighting to your home or business, start to finish. Call (616) 816-1714 or request your quote online.
