Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes. Warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue are warehoused and ready at all times. Materials are never the bottleneck. For Cedar Springs properties that means installation lands on the calendar almost immediately.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do, as one continuous service. Fall installation, January takedown, and inventoried off season storage are included. Nothing is ever left for you to store.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are. Our liability policy covers the full scope of every project. We provide documentation for any residential or commercial project.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours, so failures are genuinely uncommon. Any in season outage gets a next day service visit. There is no cost for the fix.
Can you install lights we already own?
We install our own commercial grade equipment exclusively. Store bought strands fall short of professional mounting requirements, and we stand behind our own equipment only. One system, one standard, one point of accountability.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No. The work is fully exterior and runs whether anyone is home or not. The plan is signed off beforehand and the display is running when you pull in.
