Yes. Entrance signs, gatehouse rooflines and the evergreens flanking them make a strong first impression for the whole street, and associations can invoice it as one line item. Several east side neighborhoods already do.
How do you keep a large home from looking overdone?
Restraint is a design decision, not an accident. We light the architecture, the main rooflines, the entry, one or two specimen trees, and deliberately leave the rest dark. On a big Ada elevation, what you skip matters as much as what you light.
How fast is service on the east side?
Ada, Cascade and Forest Hills share a route that runs most weekdays in season, so a reported issue is typically fixed within one to two days. Storm weeks get triaged by severity, with full outages first.
Do you photograph the finished display?
We do, both for our records and for you. Most clients get twilight photos of the completed install, which make excellent holiday cards and settle any future question about how the design is supposed to look.
