Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Always in stock: warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue. Materials are never the bottleneck. Ada installs typically schedule within days of an approved proposal.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes, the engagement covers all of it. Fall installation, January takedown, and inventoried off season storage are included. Clients never handle a ladder or a tote.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, without qualification. Our liability policy covers the full scope of every project. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
The 50,000 light hour rating on our bulbs keeps outages scarce. Any in season outage gets a next day service visit. The repair is always at no charge.
Can you install lights we already own?
Our crews work solely with our own commercial grade materials. Store bought strands fall short of professional mounting requirements, and we stand behind our own equipment only. The entire display, down to the last clip, is our responsibility.
Do we need to be home during the install?
Not necessary. The work is fully exterior and runs whether anyone is home or not. Designs are approved in advance, timers are set for dusk, and the first evening home confirms the rest.
