If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours, so failures are genuinely uncommon. When one does go out during the season, a crew returns the next day and makes the repair at no charge.
Can you install lights we already own?
We install our own commercial grade equipment exclusively. Consumer strands are not engineered for professional mounting or a West Michigan season, and our next day service guarantee can only cover materials we supply and maintain. With our system the entire display, down to the last clip, is our responsibility.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No. Installation is entirely exterior work, so projects proceed while clients are at the office or away. The design is approved in advance, timers are programmed for dusk, and the first evening home tells you everything went right.
