Do you have lights in stock and how quickly can we get them up?
Yes. Warm white, bright white, red, green, and blue are warehoused and ready at all times. Materials are never the bottleneck. Holland installs typically schedule within days of an approved proposal.
Do you do the installation, takedown and storage?
Yes we do, as one continuous service. Fall installation, January takedown, and inventoried off season storage are included. Clients never handle a ladder or a tote.
Are you fully insured?
Yes we are. Our liability policy covers the full scope of every project. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
If a bulb goes out, do you fix it?
Our bulbs are rated for 50,000 light hours, so failures are genuinely uncommon. Any in season outage gets a next day service visit. The repair is always at no charge.
Can you install lights we already own?
We install our own commercial grade equipment exclusively. Store bought strands fall short of professional mounting requirements, and we stand behind our own equipment only. The entire display, down to the last clip, is our responsibility.
Do we need to be home during the install?
No. The work is fully exterior and runs whether anyone is home or not. Designs are approved in advance, timers are set for dusk, and the first evening home confirms the rest.
